![]() Cutting and production preparationRed meat reaches the cutting floor as fresh raw ingredients received directly from the external supplier or after defrosting from the in-house freezers. Meat is defrosted by means of an AMANA (U.S.) microwave tunnel, unique in Poland, which reduces the defrosting time to a minimum, preserving all the qualitative meat parameters. On the cutting floor meat is prepared for further production or for packing in ready-to-cook cuts. |
