Thermal processing
The "thermal processing" of the product is an indispensable part of the production process. It takes place in a fully automated department, which guarantees consistent parameters of parboiling, roasting, smoking and cooling of each product batch. Besides the modern smoking chambers manufactured by MAURER and SORGO (world leaders among smoking chamber manufacturers), where as many as 120 carriage-loads (i.e. 30T products) can be processed at the same time, we also have traditional chambers fuelled with high-quality types of wood. It is in this department that our products acquire their final shape and appearance and, most importantly, their exquisite taste and smell.
