![]() Hygiene in the plant and quality controlQuality control starts already at the stage of selection of the unprocessed ingredient suppliers. We co-operate only with meat producers who have implemented quality monitoring systems and who have export licences for the EU market. The staff rooms including the employee locker rooms for outdoor and working clothes, toilets, shower rooms and canteen are separated from the production section of the plant by sluice valves at each entrance. Each employee is supplied with several sets of working clothes which are washed by a specialized external service provider. Clothes are changed every day or, according to HACCP requirements, whenever necessary, even a few times during the day. The whole plant is serviced by the JOHNSON - DIVERSEY central cleaning system, distributing hot water, compressed air and cleaning agents to individual rooms. One of the most important stages in the raw ingredient and product quality control is testing in the in-house laboratory where production quality is monitored on an ongoing basis. External tests are carried out by certified laboratories. |
